The Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation (CBDR) Conference, entitled CBDR Works!: Stories from the Field conducted last September 13-15, 2022 at Luxent Hotel, Quezon City showcased the various innovations and good practices by the USAID RenewHealth Project partner sites through real-life stories from the communities. Brought to life by the compendium of good practices, photo wall exhibit of the client cascade, as well as videos on CBDR models and innovations, the CBDR conference shed light on the cost effectiveness and evidence-based interventions of CBDR programs implemented in the 22 partner sites of the project. This event brought together 189 participants from USAID partner LGU sites, and national government officials from DSWD, DILG, DOH, and DDB.
The event was also livestreamed online in several Facebook pages, which were viewed by more than 1,400 participants including barangay and local government officials from all over the Philippines.
